My Question or Issue

Not sure if this the right area for this, but I been having an issue with my free-trail subscription. I have a brand new profile and for some reason the sign up page kept saying that I was not eligible because I had a previous free-trial or that I was a premium subscriber at one point. My issue is that this a new profile/account. How can I get the  6-month ATT free-trial activated? 

 

At first I thought it was linked to one of my Credit Cards since it wasn't going thru.. Tried a different one and it did go thru but only with a 30-day free trail. Who should I talk to or go to to get this resolved? Any help would be greatly appreciated!

My apologies, I meant to say a 6 months of Spotify® Premium for free.... Via AT&T Thanks rewards program

It's a good idea to try subscribing for the offer by opening the link in a private/incognito window. This step makes sure you avoid issues with your browser's cache. If that doesn't do the trick try again in a different kind of browser. 

 

If you still can't subscribe when in a private browser session you might need to reach out to the Spotify customer support team. You can do this by different means described here
