Issue with account

We have a family plan with 3 of us using it.  My issue is when I went to log in this morning, the first time it had none of my playlist or anything and had me as a free account.  I logged out and back in six times on both my mobile app and my desktop app.  I finally go my playlists back but it is still telling me that I am on a free account and not on primium.  I hate commercials!!! Hence we pay to not have them.

Already solved via Twitter. There was a broken link apparently between FB and Spotify

It seems that you may have a second account. Fret not, this happens more often than you might think, and we’ve even got a handy flow-chart to help you solve this issue!
