Issues paying for subscription

I tried signing up for premium to take advantage of the $0.99 for 3 months offer but it keeps telling me I have an invalid postal code. I tried again today but now it's telling me the offer is invalid. Any suggestions?

For the zip code issue, you should try with a different browser, or open a private window (incognito mode), and see if that does it.

Also, try in a different device (computer, tablet, etc.)

Have you been Premium before? The .99 offer is available to users that have never had Premium on their account before (via a subscription or a trial).

The 9.99 deal is available to previous Premium customers, so that may apply to you if that's the case.
