Hey everyone!

 

We have an update on this. 

 

Can you start by taking a look at your Receipts page? If you don't see the payment there, it means that it hasn't gone through successfully on our end.

 

In this case, we'd recommend speaking with your payment provider to establish the status of your payment and get a refund if needed.
