Issues with billing - bank made a mistake and now I'm a free user?!

Dear Sir/Madam,

 

My bank made a mistake and retracted the automatic payment for my Spotify Premium, and now I'm pushed back to Spotify Free. I can directly send the money with the same payment description/information, is that enough to re-enable my subscription?

 

Please let me know as soon as possible, cause I'm pretty pissed off about this.

Hey @mhekman,

 

I don't think that doing that would upgrade you to Premium again. I'd recommend upgrading at https://spotify.com/premium. 🙂

Note: I'm not a Spotify employee.

That won't be a solution, because Spotify doesn't allow any iDeal payments anymore and I don't have a credit card?! And no, I don't want one. So it has to be fixed!

 

Edit: my bad, they re-implemented iDeal now, so I'll do that then.

I got the same problem it payed automaticly for about 3 months or so. Today it stopped paying it's really anoying because i have a family premium account.
