My Question or Issue
This morning I have switched my premium to a family account. It looks like everything went elles but my kids can't connect through the mail they recieved and a notification on my profile explains that the new subscription will run on August 4th. Why should I wait 3 days ? Is this the reason my kids can not access ? Elsemore I have not recieved a confirmation mail.
In the meantime my premium is still on.
