Issues with my upgrade to Family

My Question or Issue

Hi there 

This morning I have switched my premium to a family account. It looks like everything went elles but my kids can't connect through the mail they recieved and a notification on my profile explains that the new subscription will run on August 4th. Why should I wait 3 days ? Is this the reason my kids can not access ? Elsemore I have not recieved  a confirmation mail.

In the meantime  my premium is still on.

Could you let me know your subscription status here? Also, where did you get the notification to wait until August 4th? A screenshot would be really helpful.
