Hi there!

 

Could you check your current subscription status on your account page to see if everything looks good there? If it does, but you still get an error message in the app, try performing a clean reinstall by following the steps in this article.

 

Something else you can try out is updating your payment details again using this link.

I have the same issue. Tried every suggested solution on this website and the ones listed in your post above. Nothing helps. 
Can someone solve this for me please? I’m getting frustrated.
