I can't sign up for a plan. It won't go to PayPal or take my credit card info

We'd recommend starting off by giving this a try in an incognito window or using a different browser.

 

You can also take a look at this page to see what you can check with your payment method to make sure your payment goes through.

 

If your issue persists, it might be a good idea to use a different network and turn off your VPN if you're using one.

Hi I have a similar problem. I’m trying to sign up for Spotify Premium but when it asks me for my address it keeps telling me “Address is not valid”

what can I do?

If you don't have Premium but get charged every month it's possible that you might have a second account. Can you head over to this article and follow the steps that's provided?

I’ve been trying to get premium for weeks now. i’ve used different cards, different devices, different browsers and nothing works. What can I do

Thanks for reaching out about this in the Community.

 

Do you get any sort of error message when you're trying to subscribe? 

 

Make sure that your card has enough funds and that regular international safe payments are possible - you can ask your bank about this.

 

I'd also recommend waiting a couple of days before trying again as the system will detect if a payment fails multiple times in a row and won't allow you to subscribe.
