Iv'e been charged for Spotify Premium and when i acces my account it says i'm using a free membershi

I have been charged for a month's subscription when it said that it would be free. When i access my account it says that i am on a free membership when i'm definitely lost as i could listen to my music offline a couple of days ago (which was also when i chose to go premium). I don't know what to do and need to somehow cancel this subscription before it charges me even more money!

If you can't make use of the Premium feautures, could you check out this page and go through the steps? 🙂

 

Also be sure to check the following:

  • Log out and back into your account
  • Check the status of your subscription
  • Check the status of your payment
  • Check that your Premium subscription isn't on another account
