Hello, I have had the same issue.
I subscribed to Spotify Premium for Students in March 2020. One year later, I renewed it using Sheer ID but still got a bill of 9,99€ instead of 4,99€. I have successfully redone the Sheer ID procedure but I want to be reimbursed for the months of April 2021 and May 2021.
How can I do that please?
