Javascript premium payment error.

Ok, so I have searched the help site, and google, and I cant get spotify to accept me registering for premium. Tried IE, Chrome, and Safari, all on various computers and devices. No addons enabled, doesn't work. Just JS enabled: doesn't work. Incognito mode: doesn't work. What am I doing wrong? Ive had spotify premium before, and it won't allow me to pay in app. I have an iphone 6s, Ive used 4 different desktops on 4 different networks, checked on cookies, and on content settings, as well as what sites are blocked (if any). And yet no success.

Sorry to hear you’re having some trouble paying for Premium at the moment. I’d recommend checking out this article for payment troubleshooting steps.
