Je n'arrive pas à m'abonner a spotify premium

J'ai 17$ sur ma carte cadeau visa vanilla prépayer et je voulais acheter un abonnement mais à chaue fois ue je rentre les coordonee banquaire cela me met payement échouer et à chaque fois que je m'en vais sur aide je fait tout ce qui est écrit et cela ne marche toujours pas
