Joined Premium but instead of the 99 cent trial for 3 months I was charged $14.99?

Joined a couple days ago and thought I was getting the promo of 3 months premium for $0.99 but was charged $14.99

How do I get this fixed?

Seems you signed up for Family Premium instead of regular Premium.

You can get a refund before 15 days have passed from the date of purchase. You should fill out the contact form, and someone from Spotify will be happy to help you within 24 hrs. Don't forget to check your spam folder for responses as they may end up there.

If you get an automated email directing you to the community or help pages, you need to reply directly to that email (even if its from no-reply) and one of the customer services agents will get back to you.
