Just bougth premium promo for 3 months. What if I cancel the suscription today?

Hi People,

I just bougth a premium promo for 3 months for my gf from her acc. but I dont want that spotify "automatically" charges the monthly value after the 3 months so... If I cancel the suscription today, will she have anyway the 3 months premiun access for which I already paid?

Cancelling the subscription will revert the account to Spotify's Free ad-based service after any remaining Premium time runs out.

Thanks a lot for your time to answer me. Just to confirm if I understood it... when you said "after any remaining Premium time runs out" it means the 3 months??? So, if I cancel now the acc will revert to free in febrary,2018 anyway?
