Just deposited money on my bank account.When Spotify will try to charge me again??

Hello guys,

It's been 2 weeks since Spotify notified me that I can not pay the subsciption of the month (because I did not have any money left on my bank account).I just deposited some today.

Do you know when Spotify will try again to charge me so I can continue to have my Premium Account? As it is not clear when they will make the attempt to charge me again.

Hey @Stevakiss, welcome to the community!

 

If the payment doesn't go through on time, the system will try to process it again every couple of days.

 

However, you should see a date when the account will go back to Free on the email notification you received.

 

If the account already went back to Free, you'll need to resubscribe to continue with the Premium service.
