Just purchased 12 Months Premium Plan but my account still says it's Free

I just bought a 12 Months Premium subscription plan but it's still not showing up on my account. I used PayMaya (QR Pay) as payment method and chose prepay method. My paymaya account was charged but my spotify account still not showing the premium subscription, it's been over 20 minutes since I paid and I thought this should be instant as soon as the payment is successful.

More info: I chose the 12 months plan (prepay) then after scanning the QR code, I got redirected to my account but the premium subscription still doesn't show on my account. I checked my PayMaya account and it says the payment was successful.

We'd suggest you log out and log back in again so any changes can sync up. You can also click on Receipts to check if the payment was successful.
