Just signed to the premium but saying i cannot redeem

We're sorry but you're not able to redeem at this moment.

I paid via paypal, the £10 is deducted and went through. It is my first time using Spotify premium also.  And am not eligible as per below 

Who’s not eligible?

You’re not eligible if you:

  • Use a non-recurring payment method (e.g. a gift card)
  • Are in a trial offer period 
    Tip: You can forfeit your remaining trial period if you like. There’s an option to accept this when you reserve your Google Nest Mini.
  • Are an invited member of a Family/Duo plan
  • Have Premium with a partner company (e.g. your phone provider)
  • Claimed a Google Nest Mini through a previous Spotify offer

I just decided to come back to Spotify, I had gone to Youtube Music. 

 

Got the message '

We're sorry but you're not able to redeem at this moment.' 

Can I get a refund. I'm only coming back for this offer.

In this case, I’d recommend waiting a few hours before trying to redeem this offer again. If you’re still having troubles and it’s been more than 24 hours, attach a screenshot of the message you see when you try to redeem this offer and I’ll take a  closer look for you.

Yep, i'll check again later in the week.
Just not a very good 1st interaction with Spotify from a PR point of view, after me leaving a while back. I only left because a support person was incredibly rude when I was asking about why my podcast was removed. 

 

i'm sure the offer is probably oversubscribed, but what were they expecting? they have 124m premium subscribers.

Yes many people are also trying to redeem this offer, so in a few hours or even later in the week you should definitely be able to redeem this offer if you’re eligible which it sounds like you are.
