Just started Spotify Premium Trial but no Premium...

I just signed up for Spotify premium, paid via PayPal. I got an email receipt confirmation from PayPal and the subscription link in the troubleshooting doc shows I'm now Premium, but logging out/in on the app doesn't get me Premium (on mobile...not at my mac to try desktop yet, but I signed up for premium primarily to get improvements on mobile).

I've only ever signed on with Facebook, so I don't have multiple accounts. All my playlists, everything shows up...but I don't have Premium even though I should.

Not sure what to do now.

Hey @christyz,

Did you get an email receipt from Spotify for your subscription purchase?

Login to the website to check the status of your subscription, and your receipts.

If you didn't get any email receipt from Spotify, sometimes the amount gets 'on hold' even if the charge doesn't go through. Normally the amount gets back to your bank account a day or two later.

Thanks. I haven't gotten any email from spotify, but checking both of those links shows premium status under the subscription one, and a transaction on 3/30 for 0.00 dollars under the receipts one. I assumed this was correct since the message on the screen from spotify after I entered my PayPal info said I wouldn't be charged until my free trial period was over.

If that's the case, try logging into your Spotify profile on your browser here with your email. Your username will be displayed after you login.

After that, logout of the app in your device, and be sure to use that username, instead of your email address, to login to your account. It's the one with the Premium features.
