Just to make sure I opened just one account under my name, Ligoy Gamaney?

I used a Spotify Gift card ($30.00) to extend my subscription thru June 23, 2023, But, also my credit card charged $9.99 for the same period (1 Month).
How did that happen? Did I accidentally open two accounts under my name; Ligoy Gamaney? This is very frustrating when I can't talk to a real person.
