Hallo

Da SonyPlaystation im Moment ein Angebot hat um Spotify Premium 10% günstiger zu erhalten wollte ich mein Spotify Premium kündigen und dann über Playstation neu abschliessen.

Leider kann ich meinen Premium Account welcher bis zum 24.12.2018 läuft (Jahres Aktion) nicht kündigen. Ich erhalte immer folgende Fehlermeldung:
Hoppla! Da ist wohl etwas schiefgegangen. Versuch es noch mal.

Kann mir jemand weiterhelfen und einen Tipp geben was hier falsch läuft?

If your subscription expires in December, you'll need to wait until then before you resubscribe through PlayStation.

That was German, not Turkish 😉 No problem, again in English.

Sony is offering 10% discount for Spotify Premium subscriptions at the moment if subscribed by Playstation. I wanted to get this offer.

The offer won't run until my Spotify subscription runs out.

Is there a solution for this problem?
