We hope you don't mind us answering in English, as it's the official language of the Community. Can you check if on the receipt it is written that the card is activated? If it is, we'd suggest trying to activate the card using an incognito window. Sometimes the data in your browser can cause such issues and this is a simple way to avoid them
If the issue persists, you can try redeeming the card after 24 hours. It's also a good idea to try with different combinations. Sometimes a zero looks like an O, or a capital ‘i’ looks like lower case L.
If you get an error message again, you can upload a screenshot of it and we'll investigate this further.
