Keeps charging me and won't let me cancel my subscription

I let my subscription run out and it said it I was switched to the free service. I added money to my card and it charged my account. After a week it's saying I need to make a payment to use the subscription. It shuts my account down and waits until my money is on my card then charges again. I try to cancel it and it won't let me.
