Keeps saying I need to up grade for my music


I have payed for Spotify family for months for me and my family, but I'm getting a message on my account saying I need to pay to keep my music. Every month on the first I pay online. My bank confirmed that I have this month and the previous months before. Why am I getting this message. Thank you

This notification is usually sent when your monthly payment fails to go through on time. You should also receive an email notification with more information about it.


You can find the exact billing date for your Premium for Family plan by logging in here. Just make sure you have enough funds in your account for the payment to go through on time and you shouldn't have any trouble with these notifications.


Sometimes, Spotify won't cancel your subscription if the payment doesn't go through, so you might be one month behind on your payments. If this is the case, you can follow up your receipts as well.
