thanks for reaching out !

 

In order to provide the correct steps, please mention the following:

- Country

- Type of Premium subscription you're trying to pay for

- Device used for the process

- Have you ever been on Premium before

- Type of payment method you're using

 

Bear in mind that in order for a Premium of any sort to process your payment, your method should be valid for use in your country and should be issued in the same country as well.

 

In the meanwhile, you can follow some of the steps provided on this help page to try and troubleshoot the issue in hand.

I also have the same issues.
I have MCO VISA who offer me the free spotify account.
Very funny is spotify does not accept the card.
I trying few bank credit card too. it is also have the same issues.
Only have 1 card accept. can i switch to MCO VISA which i can get the 100% rebate from the card issues.
