LA TARJETA REGALO NO SE PUEDE CANJEAR

El día de ayer compre una tarjeta regalo por 3 meses trato de ingresarla y no puedo. Siempre sale el mensaje de " Se produjo un error", y no encuentro solución por ningún lado.

Yo tengo el mismo problema si alguien también me puede ayudar gracias, ya e echo todo lo q piden de revisar los problemas comunes de las mayúsculas y los números, ya entre en incógnito y también cree una cuenta nueva y nada, lo único q el leído de solución al respecto es enviar una correo al grupo de soporte con una foto de la tarjeta y el recibo, espero q me puedan ayudar saludos

As @Oscar19988 mentioned, it's a good idea to try in a private/incognito window, preferably in a Google Chrome browser. This will make sure you avoid any cache-issues. 

If that doesn't do the trick, you must get in contact with the Spotify support and provide them with photos of the front and back of the gift card, as well as a photo of receipt for this purchase. They'll be able to help further.
