LOST PREMIUM ACCOUNT

Since few weeks I´ve noticed that my old premium account is off, and now, I´ve got a new free account (withe the same user and pass)

Nobody called or wrote, and suddenly i lost my rights...

If anybody is in the same case, please write and tell me how to solve this.

I´ll thank you if you can tell me a mail adress to write to Spotify

You should contact Spotify staff via email at: support@spotify.com or use the Contact Form to sort out your account problem. They will reply in 72 hours, but it usually takes a day.
