Have you tried to use an incognito tab, clear the cookies of your browser and use another browser or device?
When this doesn't work, you should try to use another internet connection (e.g. cellular data instead of WiFi).

I am having a similar problem tryng to redem family members, they get the same error. I Tried various browsers, internet conections, VPN and incognito with no luck.

When your Family members tried to accept their invitation, did they clicking on the link provided in the email and opening this link on different devices, incognito tabs and the other methods I mentioned above?
