Linking existing spotify account with phone carrier subscription

Hi,

I used to have a 6 month promo from my phone service provider which is Fido. And so I added the subcription to my plan. So I wanted to know if it's possible to link my existing account with the new subscription. Also apparently according to Fido, it says that there's already an account associated with my phone number. So is there any way of removing that account and adding my other account?
