Linking spotify and huhlu trouble

I already had hulu and spotify before trying to do this. I went through spotify to link my hulu account (different emails though). I had already paid for hulu this month and it charged me another $4.99+. My mom was paying for hulu and it replaced her card information with mine. When I went to change the payment information it charged her account $4.99+. So we were billed twice for this month? Can someone please help

You should fill out the contact form, and someone from Spotify will be happy to help you within 24 hrs.

If you get an automated email directing you to the community or help pages, you need to reply directly to that email (even if its from no-reply) and one of the customer services agents will get back to you.
