Living abroad.

Hi. I’m from Israel but for now living in Poland.

I tried to subscribe with my credit card from Israel (the only one I have), I got a message that it’s impossible to pay with a card from another country. 

Also when I tried to change the country in a the account settings, there’s just the Poland option to choose. 

How can I fix it ?

Since you're in Poland, you need a Polish payment method to subscribe to Premium.

You can use your payment method from Israel to upgrade to Premium when you're in Israel.

That is correct. You could try to look for a Spotify Gift Card in a local store though. 🙂
