Logged out, can't remember login info

When I created my Spotify account, apparently I was a real **bleep**. I let Spotify assign a username which is a series of random letters and numbers which I of course cannot remember. While I pay for Premium every month, I have searched my email cannot seem to locate any helpful information, thus no email address. I accidentally logged out and now can't log back in. I have PURCHASED music through Spotify so I desperately need help! I would also love to know how to reset my username and/or change the email address on my account.
