 My Question or Issue

 I am a premium subscriber and enjoy using the service, however, for the last few days my premium service has disappeared and I am left with the non payment version of the service.

My last payment for premium went through as I received a message confirming it as always.

I'd like some guidance on how to restore my service as when I looked on my account it still states I am a premium user?

I know this might sound dumb, but have you tried restarting the app/your listening device? 

 

If you have already done that, and are still having problems, check out this guide found here. This should be able to answer any questions or point you in the right direction to get it back to the way it was before.
