Lost Card Information

Can someone please help me remove my debit card information from here? I’m being charged every month but my account hasn’t had receipts since early 2017 since it’s last been used. My card information has been stolen and I would like it removed. I think it’s stupid that there’s no phone support for this to happen.

I understand your concern. Unfortunately, there isn't any phone support, but I'll be here and happy to help.

 

Keep in mind that if you want to keep Premium active, you must choose another payment method in order to remove the one that was stolen. You can learn more about this here.

 

If you'd like to cancel Premium, do keep in mind that you will lose your premium content, and will be reverted to the free ad-supported version when your Premium time runs out. You can learn more about canceling here.

 

*In regards to your card being stolen, I'd recommend reaching out to your bank if you haven't already to make sure your personal info is secure.
