My Question or Issue

 Hey,

I've been enjoying your services through a Family Subscription.

I had a few issues with Paypal and had to remove some of my automatic payments from their list, aparently Spotify's got deleted accidentaly.
In the meanwhile, I got the notification on my cellphone that notified my that the payment didn't go through!
I went through the procedure of adding a Paypal again, and noticed I was charged 6.99 instead of €10.99, consequently, my Family subscription got disabled.
I would like to go back to a family subscription, but I don't want to lose the 6.99€

In this case, it'd be best to reach out to our team on Twitter with your account info. It would also help to send them the payment info for your last charge.

 

They'll be able to take a look at your account to see what we can do next.
