Lost Spotify premium account and dying without my playlist!!

I need help!! I got a new iPhone. Tried to log into my Spotify account but couldn’t remember my password. Did a password recovery and now I’m logged into a free trial account with no access to any of my playlists. My husband has his playlists still I know the funds have come out. I am tempted to cancel my subscription and resubscribe but I don’t want to lose my original hard work or my husbands playlist! What can I do??

It might be possible that you have a second Spotify account that you're logging into. Check this guide for more info on how to find your Premium account.
