Lost all music since upgrading to premium

Lost all music since upgrading to premium

Hi- I have had spotify FREE for a while and have just upgraded to premium and ALL my music has disappeared- like it is a whole new account. PLEASE can someone help me?!

Is it possible you upgraded the wrong Spotify account to premium, or you logged into the wrong Spotify account?

Hi- I've only got one account. I did have to change it from UK to NZ before upgrading. And I had to do it on a desktop as opposed to my iPhone- but only ever had one account

In this case I suggest you contact support so they can help you
