Lost my Spotify with Hulu Subscription

My Question or Issue

I recently had an issue with Spotify where random music from a playlist would start playing in the middle of the song i was listening to (it would change the song) and so I went on my spotify account, signed out everywhere, then signed back in, and found my plan was changed from Spotify with Hulu w/Ads, to Spotify family, which I did NOT do myself, and I have been using spotify with hulu for over a year now. HOW do I get it back? I refuse to pay full price for something I had for FREE before someone CLEARLY hacked my account, as once again, I never changed the plan myself and the problem stopped immediately after I signed out everywhere and changed password, which means someone was on my account!
