Lost my music when switching from premium to family

Lost my music when switching from premium to family

Hello, I recently cancelled my premium plan. I was waiting about two days after the cancellation to start up my family premium plan and now that I have activated all my music from my premium account is gone 😞

playlists and everything. This is also a super bummer and I’m hoping theres a way to get it all back. I went onto the ‘retrieve playlists’ option but it says ‘noting deleted’....

Hi there,

 

Upgrading to the Premium for Family plan shouldn't change or remove playlists or saved songs from your account.
 
It sounds like you have an additional account, I recommend you to check this guide here for more info.
