Lost my premium membership and playlists

I had to delete Spotify app from my phone and then downloaded again but i lost my premium membership and all of my playlists and subscriptions. Anyone had the same issue? How can i solve this? I was using spotify today until that happened.

You should look on the receipt you got sent to your email address. This should say the username that you subscribed to Spotify Premium with!
Try to log in with that account.
When you see a 10 digit number log in with Facebook!
