Lost premium account out of the blue?

Lost premium account out of the blue?

A few weeks ago, I don’t even know if it was a full month, I redeemed 2 Spotify month long subscription gift cards. Today, my account went back to free. I know for a fact that I redeemed these gift cards less than 2 months ago. I assumed they were cumulative, so I redeemed them both at once. Help?

You should look on the receipt you got sent to your email address. This should say the username with that you subscribed to Spotify premium!
Try to log in with that account.
When you see a 10 digit number log in with Facebook!
