M1 Sim Only Free Spotify Sub Not Working

My Question or Issue

I had just recontacted with the telecom provider M1 in Singapore and it is noted to provide free streaming on Spotify.

I tried Spotify on my phone and it is still on the Free Account Status and only have 6 skips.

I had called M1 for answers and was directed to contact Spotify for fixes.

I was told that the free music streaming would be activated automatically; Even with a free account.

If you're not seeing your Premium features, we'd first off recommend you visit this page and follow the steps.

Just a heads-up, if you're referring to this M1 promotion, it doesn't include a Premium plan but offers unlimited streaming on Spotify. For more information, we suggest that you check M1's help page or contact the support there.
