MASTERCARD PAYMENT ERROR

I LIVE IN TURKEY BUT MY MASTER CARD WAS REGISTERED IN MY HOME COUNTRY AND AS RESULT OF THIS I AM NOT ABLE TO PAY FOR THE PREMIUM BECAUSE ANYTIME I TRIED TO PAY AFTER FILLING MY  DETAILS IT SAYS "COUNTRY DOES NOT MATCH". HOW CAN I FIX THIS ISSUE?

Spotify Premium subscription of any sort requires you to provide a country and a payment method issued in that same country.

Unfortunately, there isn't a way around it at the moment.
