Contraté el servicio de Spotify con el plan Spotify dúo hace 1 mes, el primer mes debería haber sido gratis pero cuando quise pagar me cobraron $955 cuando el servicio es de $550

We hope you don't mind us answering in English as this is the official language of the forum.

 

In this case, to be eligible for some of the current offers we have, you'll need to meet some requirements; for example, not having had Premium before. If that was your case, it's possible you were not eligible for the offer and that could be the reason why you were charged.


On another note, we'd recommend checking the receipts for your account so you can make sure how much you were charged for when paying the plan. If you don't see any extra amount added to your payments there, it means that your bank might be charging you some additional fees. We think that it'd be best to get in touch with them and double-check where the added fees to your payment are coming from.
