Sorry to hear that this has happened. In this case it's best to reach out to our customer support team through one of the channels here and explain what has happened. They'll be able to have a look at your payments and account and give you more information.
I see that you're running Premium Student - note that if your student discount expires and you don't re-activate it before this happens, your subscription type is automatically changed to Premium Individual which costs more.
