  1. Cambié mi tarjeta de pago, ya me habían hecho el cargo el día 30 pero al cambiarla me hicieron el cargo de nuevo el día de hoy 5!! Que puedo hacer??

You shouldn't have been charged when updating your card. Are you able to see the current status of the charge? If it's showing as pending, it means it hasn't gone through and the funds will get back to you.

 

If it's completed, try checking your Receipts tab from your  Account Overview to see if you were successfully charged there too.
