Me cobraron spotify para universitarios y sigo siendo free

Ayer en la tarde intente darme de alta en el servicio de spotify para universitarios, agregue mis datos y mi tarjeta pero al momento de ingresar mi universidad esta no aparecia en la lista, asi que decidi seguir luego con el formulario. Hoy por la mañana me aparecio en mis movimientos el carho por $49 del servicio, al entrar a mi cuenta me marca sigue siendo la cuenta free, como puedo solicitar un reembolso o que realmente se active el servicio?

It sounds like the payment didn't go through. If that's the case, the funds should get back to you soon. For now, you can try signing up for the discount again using an incognito window to see if it helps.
