Me debitaron 679,50 pesos de mi cuenta,a pesar de tener mes gratis

Se me realizo un debito de 679.50 pesos por parte de spotify en mi cuenta de astropay(cuanto con la cual me suscribi al plan premium), no entiendo el motivo del debito. Y si fue un debito para corroborar la cuenta, les reclamo q aun no eh recibido el reintegro

We doublechecked our pricing and can confirm that there isn't a plan costing 679.50 pesos. As this sum is larger than an authorization charge and the authorization charge typically gets back to you quite quickly, I'd advise you to verify this charge with your bank first and see if it's from Spotify.

Note that switching your subscription to a plan different than Premium Individual will make you forfeit the remaining trial time.
