Thanks for reaching out; hope you don't mind us replying in English 🙂

Does the payment appear when you open your receipts from the Account Overview page?
If not - in your place I'd first reach out to my bank to see if it really has gone though.

If it has gone through but is not visible in your account overview page, it's possible that you may have enabled your Premium on a secondary account.
