Me cambié de plataforma y me mandan un correo para que regrese, luego de pensarlo un tiempo veo un correo que me da un mes gratis y luego cobro normal.

If you've received an email with a come-back offer with one month free, it's possible that the camping has ended before you've activated your subscription. Can you let us know what country your Spotify account is set to? We can check if the offer has ended or if it is still available and continue troubleshooting from there.
